Find your collection day with the City's ReCollect Online tool or the printable collection day map (https://moval.gov/resident_services/waste/pdf/TrashCollectionDays.pdf).
The City says Waste Management collects under contract with the City and no other haulers are authorized to operate within the City. Moreno Valley requires all residential and business properties to have trash collection services.

Place items at curbside next to your trash and recycling carts before 6 a.m. on your regular collection day.
- 📏Limits: City page: up to four pickups per month; waste tires limited to four per request; oversized yard waste no longer than 2 feet in diameter and 4 feet in length. WM 2026 guide: one item per week or up to four items per month. Not accepted: car bodies, camper shells, mobile homes, trailers, spas or Jacuzzi tubs, pianos, items one person cannot safely lift, hazardous waste, special waste.

When a holiday falls on a weekday, collection will be delayed one day for the remainder of the week. Weekend holidays cause no delay. Holidays named: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
