What DumpFees collects when you use a form, who handles it, and how to get off the list. Last updated October 24, 2026.
📬 Email Updates
- ✉️If you sign up for fee updates we store your email address, the county you pick and the role you pick (homeowner, hauler and so on).
- 📮Updates are sent through beehiiv, our newsletter service. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to [email protected] to be removed.
- 🚫We do not sell or rent your email address.
🚚 Junk Removal Quote Requests
- 📝A quote request stores what you entered: what needs to go, ZIP code, name, and your phone or email.
- 🤝For ZIP codes in Contra Costa County we send the request to our partner hauler, Junked for Vets, so they can contact you. Requests from elsewhere stay with us and are not sent to a hauler.
✏️ Reports and Listings
- ⏱️Gate wait reports, price change reports and business listing requests are stored so we can check them. Gate reports show on the site only after we approve them, and they do not show your name.
🛠️ Who Handles Your Data
- 🗄️Supabase stores form entries.
- 📨Resend sends us a notification email when a form is filled in.
- 📮beehiiv sends the fee update emails.
- ☁️Cloudflare hosts the site.
