🗓️ How Pickup Works
Pickup day depends on your collection zone. See the City's collection zone maps, or, if you recently moved into a new home, call 864-467-4345 to request a cart and find out what your collection day is. Place carts at the curb by 7 am on your collection day and remove them by 7 am the next day. The City's GVL Trash Tracker app is in the App Store and Google Play.
Service is provided to single family homes, duplexes and triplexes. Eligible homes automatically receive curbside service once water service has been activated. Only City of Greenville issued carts are used for collection.
