🗓️ How Pickup Works
Pickup day depends on your address: enter it in the Raleigh Reuse app (weekly notifications available) or on the MyRaleigh Services page, or call 919-996-3245. Put garbage and recycling carts on the curb the night before your collection day or no later than 6 a.m. the day of collection, and take them back no later than 7 p.m. after collection. Yard waste cannot be placed on the curb until noon on the day before your assigned collection day.
City crews collect residential garbage, recycling and yard waste; fees are billed on the City utility bill.
