⚠️The county Disposal Fees page says the fees are effective as of Oct. 1 but prints no year. The amounts are higher than the October 1, 2025 flyer, so they are probably the October 1, 2026 rates (inference). The page prints no full effective date; confirm the year.
⚠️The Trash and Recycling Centers page tells residents with oversize loads to take trash to the North Dade or South Dade Landfill and pay the per ton fee. The county prints no separate resident rate, so we show the non-contract rate.
⚠️The phone is the department main line, not a number for this site.
⚠️City and ZIP come from the county listing of the South Dade Home Chemical Collection Center at the same street address (Gate B), Homestead FL 33032.
⚠️Storm rules may override normal fees and hours after a hurricane. The county pages read print no storm debris rules.
