🛋️ Bulk Item Pickup
- 💵Cost: Four free collections per calendar year, up to four items per collection at no charge. Additional collections are available for a fee: the City's WM rate table lists Additional Bulky Item Collection (4 items - 4 times per year or 16 items free) at $28.02, effective July 1, 2026.
- 📞How to book: Call WM Customer Service at least 48 hours in advance of your collection day to schedule a pick-up. WM's Irvine page also has a Request a Bulk Pickup link that requires a My WM account.
- 📏Limits: Up to four items per collection; four free collections per calendar year.

🎄 Holiday Delays
If your service day falls on an observed holiday or the day after, your pickup moves back one day, only for that week. Holidays named: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
