• 🚫Dead animals
• 🚫Burning or smoldering material

📋 Before You Go

• ✅Convenience site access is limited to Cleveland County residents who are assessed the annual Solid Waste Fee (the county's 'Duly Authorized Patron'). The county prints no fee amount.
• ✅Household waste must be in lidded trash cans or securely bagged. Loads in trailers must be fully covered with a tarp.
• ✅Allowed vehicles: passenger vehicles, SUVs, pickups, flatbed trucks with an exempt farm use plate, and single-axle utility trailers 12 feet or less.
• ✅Not allowed: commercial (lettered) vehicles, dump trucks, box trucks, dump, enclosed, car and gooseneck trailers.
• ✅Violations of the vehicle rules carry a $100 fine. Tarp rules escalate from a warning to a fine to loss of access.

🔎 Sources Disagree

• 🔎The county's earlier policy (effective March 1, 2025) banned all construction debris at convenience sites. The March 18, 2025 revision allows up to 1 cubic yard per day from a primary residence. We use the revision.
