- β No sticker means you pay the out-of-county category. A business credit card means you pay business rates.
- β Cards only: Mastercard, Visa or Discover. No checks and no cash.
- β Customers still on site after closing may be charged $50 for each 15 minutes. All transactions are video recorded.
- β Tell staff about propane or gasoline cylinders before unloading. Weapons and explosives are not allowed on county property.
ποΈ Free Drop-Offs and Vouchers
County residents can drop off household hazardous waste, used oil and car batteries at no charge. The fee sheet lists no limit.
π Sources Disagree
- πThe county publishes one automated 24-hour line, 980-314-3867 (980.314.DUMP), or 311, and no separate number for each center.
- πMecklenburg County lists this center's address and shared hours on its centers page but we did not find a page for this center alone, so its hours are the county's general four-center hours.
